Dear Sponsor,

It is with great pleasure that the Scott County Regional Horse Association announces the purchase of 12 acres in the Dungannon Industrial Park. The association had leased the land for three years and has spent a lot of time and money in developing one of Southwest Virginia’s largest facilities. The efforts of our members and your sponsors have assisted us in creating a venue to offer the beauty of our mountains share our heritage to the bordering states. We take pride in community development and youth involvement. With over 28 equine events scheduled for 2009 your sponsorship continues to be of most importance.

The association has been able to return to various community agencies over $50,000.00 to assist them in their endeavors. Many of them assist the youth of Scott County and other no-profits through-out the Region.

With your support the association has been able to assist the Scott County Animal Control; in rescuing and adopting 17 horse and ponies during the past two years. Often our members bare the financial cost themselves for these rescues before finding suitable homes.

The youth of the region have a chance to participate in all of the events held at the park or sponsored by the association. We continue to support the 4-H “Racking Roll” Horse Club.
Several youth attended and participated in a championship racking show held at White Pine, Tn. this fall.

Your efforts helped to provide for the expansion of opportunities the park offers to different breeds and events. Both participation and spectator attendance was up this year.

I know that budgets are strained this year but the good you do is far outweighed by the sponsorships we offer.

We offer several types of sponsorships:

Your brand will be displayed for each of the eight horseshows that SCRHA hosts this year. This will include the 2^nd annual walking & racking Show in May. This should place your company’s name in front of over seven thousand individuals across the entire region.

For $1000.00: Sponsor a complete show. Feature billing in each of the show brochures and 2 free tickets to the Association Show of your choice. Free membership including news letters to keep you up to date on the association’s activities. Sign 4x4 ft.

$500.00 to $999.00: Sponsorship of one class of your choice in three of the association’s shows. A ticket to any association show of your choice. Billing in each show brochure for the year and free membership including newsletters to keep you up to date on the association’s activities. Up to 4x4 ft.

$250.00 to $499.00: Sponsorship of a class in one show and a ticket to that show. A listing in all show brochures. A membership and newsletters to keep you up to date on the association’s activities. Up to 3ft x 3ft.

$100.00 to $249.00: Sponsorship and listing in all show brochures. A ticket to any show and a membership and newsletter to keep you appraised on the association’s activities. 2 ft. x 2 ft.

$10.00 to $99.00: Sponsorship listing in all show brochures, newsletters to keep you appraised on association’s activities.
